Shipping Policy: Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may begin processing the following business day. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an automated confirmation email with your tracking number and estimated delivery window. We strive to ship every order as quickly as possible.

- Expedited Shipping (2 Business Days) — Select expedited shipping at checkout for faster delivery at an additional fee.
- Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day) — Overnight shipping guarantees next-business-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST.
All shipments are dispatched via USPS or UPS depending on your location and selected shipping method. Carrier selection is made automatically to ensure optimal delivery speed and reliability.
Free Shipping Policy for Orders Over $150
Ion Peptides offers free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $150 within the continental United States. Shipping rates for orders below $150 are calculated at checkout based on your order total, package weight, and delivery destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this number on the USPS tracking page or UPS tracking page to monitor your package in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update. If you have questions, contact us at support@ionpeptides.net with your order number.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or internationally at this time. All Ion Peptides products are strictly for research purposes only and are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Shipping Delays and Carrier Issues
Ion Peptides is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier service disruptions, or holiday surges in shipping volume. If your package appears significantly delayed or shows no tracking movement for more than 5 business days, please contact us at support@ionpeptides.net so we can open a carrier investigation on your behalf.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care packaging every order. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ionpeptides.net.
